HISTORY

The Fort Lauderdale Mustang Club Inc. began around 1981 with a few meetings at Koon’s Ford in Hollywood. Larry Hurst was the first President of the club.

Latter the meetings changed from weekly to monthly meetings. They moved from Koons’s Ford to a waiting area near the control tower at the Fort Lauderdale Airport. After that the meetings were at Mustangs Classics. From there to Hollywood Ford on US 1.

A few years back we have settled in the PBA hall in Davie Florida where we hold our monthly meeting the first Wednesday of the Month we start at 6:30 pm with a pot luck dinner and the meeting starts at 7:30 pm.
